Spicy Salmon crunch rolls

Scottish Salmon, cucumber, avocado, sesame, Japanese Sriracha mayo, crispy onions, spring onions, sweet soy. 

Katsu Curry Roll

Crispy panko fried chicken, Shichimi, cucumber, round lettuce, crispy onions, green onions, curry mayo. 

SALT Tempura spicy tuna roll (SALT Roll)

Spicy tuna, Cucumber, crispy tempura coated sushi roll, Masago, Sriracha mayo.

Vegan Duck rolls

Grilled vegan duck, cucumber, spring onions, sesame, hoi sin sauce, pickled red onion. 

Chicken (karaage) Curry Ramen

Soy, ginger, garlic marinated crispy fried chicken, fresh ramen noodles, greens, beansprouts, pickled red onion, spring onion, Curry broth.

BAO BUN - Chashu Pork

Sweet & sticky Pork belly, round lettuce, pickled red onion, sesame, spring onion. 

Chicken Katsu curry

Panko fried chicken thigh, sushi rice, Japanese curry sauce, pickles, greens. 

SALT FRIES

House fries, Japanese mayo, sriacha, nori powder, sweet soy, spring onion, white sesame, crispy onions. Available as Vegan

Our food philosophy

Salt will serve high quality fresh food, based on a unique combination of sushi, street food, luxury fresh cocktails and craft beers.

So for those less keen on sushi we have a selection of Katsu curries, Ramen noodles, Bao buns & SALT fries! Something for every palate..

Asian Fusion Restaurant of the year 2024.

We use Sustainable fish from certified sources for the use in sushi production.

Scottish Farmed salmon from BRC Grade AA+ fisheries. And we use super frozen -60 grade Tuna ensuring the best quality available.
